What can I do about hate mail?

I usually extract the IP address of the person and either post him/her here publicly with a google map showing where they live or just sending it to them through the internal emails . This will have the end result of causing them to lose control of their bodily functions . Of course it doesn't work with me as I live over 90 miles from where my IP address shows me to be . It all lies in knowing how things work .
