Help needed on diseases in plants?

The best source for most, if not all, questions about any topic relating to horticulture, gardening, and disease is available from the Co-operative Extension Service in your county, also maybe referred to as the County Agent. The Extension Service is part of your State University System and exists for the sole purpose of making the results of on-going and current agricultural research, and established 'Best Practices' available to all citizens of your state. Publications, print-outs, ays, soil ysis, web sites, face-to-face evaluations of your problems in the local office, and even home visits by the agents themselves are available.
