Christmas gift--UGG or moncler?

Christmas is coming. i want to prepare gifts for my litter sister.i love her so much. She's 16. I am choosing between UGG boots and moncler down jacket. i'd like to buy them online,it would be cheaper....What do u think? or u can give me some other suggestions...tks so much
