I don't know if anything happened?

im 14 and I was at my step mums and i was sleeping in my step sisters bed as she had gone out and i didnt think she was coming back, i was home alone that night, at about 3am i woke up and my step sister was getting into bed with me, i was quite dazed so i fell straight back asleep, i woke up in the morning and she was still there and we were lying practically on top of each other, we were all snuggled up, i'm not sure if anything happened but we were both quite drunk so it could've, i'd like to know what anyone thinks i should make of this. Thanks.
