Gym Membership price complaint/dispute?

Just yesterday I purchased a gym (franchise) membership for a 1 time initiation fee of $84 and $15 per month. After completing the paperwork, I go home and look at the brochure I took. Inside it had a lower priced deal----It was a 1 time initiation fee of $39 and each month was about $10. I was obviously angry so I went back to the gym the next day and asked for a price adjustment since they did not offer me this better deal. They said no and told me they could not refund me. Is there anything I can do?
