Should I go to cl with my sickness?

I had a stuffy nose for the past 2 days and now it turned into a really bad cough. My lungs, especially my left one really started to hurt the night before I got the cough. So I have trouble breathing, I'm coughing, I still have a cloggy nose, and I don't know if it's acute bronchitis or not. I am currently going to grad school (4-10pm on Mondays) so if I don't go, I'll be missing a lot. Any suggestions?
