My blackjack 2 always shuts off?

i recently got a blackjack 2, its not very old ive had it for a little over a month. lately its been always shutting itself off randomly. it does it at least 5 times a day now, and its a pain to always have to turn it back on. sometimes it just turns off. and other times the screen goes white or pink and i have to take the battery out and turn it on again. my phone has no water damage and ive never dropped it bad, whats wrong with my phone?
