Is America losing clout as the world's only super power?

The war in Iraq has turned world opinion againts us. The indictments againts CIA officers in Germany and Italy. Iran is laughin in our face and taunting us. And last but not least we have Chavez in our own backyard in Venezuela talking CHIT. It just seems to me that way.
