find the best type of gear for your particular fishing. I just fish for b so I would think you would need a heavier rod and reel than what I use. Once you find what you want try to buy it used on ebay. In most cases you can pay the same price for good used gear than what you would pay for new junk. It may be the difference between catching or losing the fish and also in the length of time your equipment will last
