I need help from people who know a lot about compound light microscopes...?

Low power is usually a 20x magnification whilst high power is 100x this clearly shows that the ratio of magnification is 1:5 additionally with low power you can see an area whilst with high power INDIVIDUAL CELLS can be seen. I am uming you using a standard light microscope therefore the specimen would be thin as to permit MORE LIGHT TO ENTER TROUGH UT and therefore obtain clearer detail. About the moment ; this is highly dependent however by logic it cold illustrate the relative speed pf the specimen since orientation or direction taken are most likely to be haphazardness, however i might want to add the fact that light sensitive unicellular organisms might actually bend towards light
