How many net carbs are in 1 cup of oatmeal?
it says on atkins that 1/2 a cup of oatmeal has 10 net carbs? thats weird because last time i checked you were suppose to subtract the fiber for net carbs and even then it only comes to 23 grams how did the get 10 net carbs? is this true if not how many are in 1 cup of oatmeal?
